My name is Teresa Hamvas and I follow a whole foods plant-based lifestyle. I can help you do the same. |
I have been interested in good health for nearly all my life. I've spent over 20 years exercising and striving to eat "healthy". In the past few years I have come to learn that the healthiest diet we can follow is a whole foods plant based diet. In addition to much research on my own, I have completed the T. Colin Campbell certification program in Plant Based Nutrition through eCornell University. I have been a certified personal trainer, through ACE (American Council on Exercise), since 2003. I am an avid recreational runner and also enjoy teaching spinning and power yoga. |
