I am certified in Plant Based Nutrition through the T. Colin Campbell center for Nutrition Studies at eCornell University. I offer personalized coaching sessions to get you started living a plant based lifestyle. You will learn why plant based diets are healthy, and why non-plant based diets actually cause diseases like diabetes, heart disease and strokes, to name a few. You will learn common substitutes to get you through the "transitional phase" and you will learn to prepare basic meals that you can modify and enjoy.
In addition, I offer cooking sessions based either on your specific needs or in several specific areas, like "The Basics", "Vegan Pizza Night", "Yummy Vegan Desserts" and "Moving on - Veganizing Favorite Recipes".
Living in the Myrtle Beach area, I know it can be hard to find some of the staples of a plant based diet. I can help you find stores and restaurants that accommodate your needs. Finally, I can show you how to move beyond nutrition and live a plant based lifestyle.
